Product Feature

New generation polymer materials and modern technologies make it possible to produce plastic containers with a volume of one to ten thousand liters, suitable for storing various types of liquids. We use for these purposes food-grade, environmentally friendly polyethylene that is resistant to most chemicals. Such tanks are suitable for transporting drinking water, food products and liquid fertilizers, including CAS.

An industrial plastic container is in no less demand as containers for small-sized, bulk products, hardware and other goods, including food products. It has a durable rectangular body, so when storing, it allows you to use free space in the car body or in the warehouse with maximum efficiency. The presence of a lid and special grooves on top along the edge makes it possible to store one container on top of another.

Use of plastic containers for liquids 

Services for transporting water, liquid fertilizers (including UAN) and other types of liquid cargo are in demand in a variety of areas of human activity. This type of transportation is popular among enterprises in the food, chemical and agricultural industries, on farms and in trade. It is also not uncommon for liquids to be transported in the household, especially by homeowners living in rural areas and places where there is no centralized water supply or self-contained liquid fuel heating is used. 

The traditional way for liquid cargo transportation is through motor vehicles or tank car trailers. Also, standard metal barrels with a volume of 200, 150, 100 and 50 liters or 20 liter metal canisters were previously used for this purpose. 

Specialized tank trucks are generally intended only for the transport of any one type of liquid cargo, and cannot be used for other types of cargo transportation. At the same time, comparing how much it costs to transport a tank car and a truck of similar carrying capacity, the latter’s services are significantly cheaper. 

But if you install an easily removable water tank made of polymer material in the body of a standard truck or use plastic containers for transporting fertilizers, then you can use the vehicle more rationally. After all, freight vehicles will be able to transport not only water, but other types of liquids. And for the transportation of bulk materials and small-piece products, the best option for transport containers would be one or more plastic industrial containers.
